RiverLink Liability Waiver
Dear Parents/Guardians,
In the coming weeks your student will be participating in a hands-on stream ecology lesson with RiverLink as part of our RiverRATS Program. This lesson will be hosted at a local stream site, and students are encouraged to get in the water. These lessons are designed to be very safe, and our staff is trained in risk management and first aid. That being said, there are some potential risks and hazards that we might encounter in the field.
- Students may be in water up to their knees.
- There could be possible exposure to Poison Ivy or other hazardous plants.
- They may encounter wildlife that could pinch, bite, or sting them.
- Stream beds could be slippery, leading to accidental falls.
Please read the liability statement below, check the box to agree, and fill out the information for yourself and your child.

By signing below, you hereby grant RiverLink permission to use and/or publish your students image or likeness in videos and/or pictures.
